Panmedia is now repurposing the [Hawkeye Electronic Security's](http://www.hawkeye.com.jm "Hawkeye") website. Panmedia has in the past performed maintenance on the site, which was designed by a former partner.

A year ago we won the tender to redesign the site, but internal restructuring at Hawkeye forced a delay in the start of work.Hawkeye Logo

When Kerry-Ann Stewart joined Hawkeye last year as Systems Administrator, she immediately put the project on the front burner.

Flow Logo[Flow Broadband Network](http://www.flowjamaica.com/index.htm "Flow Broadband Network") jumped into the telecommunications market this week with a high profile launch that signals things to come. They will be offering affordable cable, voice and broadband services. It will be interesting to watch since they're going head to head with [Cable & Wireless](http://www.cwjamaica.com "Cable & Wireless") who is also their largest customer.

A graduate of [Swarthmore College](http://www.swarthmore.edu/ "Swarthmore College") with a B.Sc. in Engineering, Marc worked as a web developer in the US for a few years before deciding to return to Jamaica to get involved in web development locally.

Marc places a high value on designing according to web standards and creating websites that are not just visually appealing, but also accessible and easy to use.

This week Panmedia mounted a two day exhibition for the Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica at the Manchester Public Library in Mandeville that runs March 22 & 23. Titled “Use Less. Pay Less.”, the exhibition features energy saving technologies, educational and multi media displays, conservation presentations, giveaways and lectures.  The displays include actual models of Energy Efficiency Technologies for domestic and commercial use.
