This week Panmedia welcomes on staff Marc Richards as Systems Engineer. A graduate of [Swarthmore College](http://www.swarthmore.edu/ "Swarthmore College") with a B.Sc. in Engineering, Marc worked as a web developer in the US for a few years before deciding to return to Jamaica to get involved in web development locally.
Marc places a high value on designing according to web standards and creating websites that are not just visually appealing, but also accessible and easy to use.
Equally at home hacking server-side code on the backend and tweaking HTML/CSS on the front end, Marc's primary motivator is always to provide the right total solution. He has jumped right into the fray, taking small bites of various projects and already giving valuable input.
