  1. Kushite’s

For taste, presentation and decor, no other vegetarian restaurant can match Kushite. Its open-air seating, hugged by lush vegetation on Phoenix Avenue, gives your dining experience a truly natural feel. Kushite also offers some tasty raw items on the menu, which takes time to read because some dishes are complex combinations. Take cash though, they don’t accept credit cards.

  2. Natural Touch Vegetarian Cafe

Tucked away in Orchid Patch, Natural Touch is a boon to all patrons, from health conscious conservative corporate managers to Dreds who come to yam and scram. It serves delicious lunches from a creative menu at affordable prices. The Split Peas Lasagna, Lenten Balls and Country Style Tofu are all “moreish. “

  3. Meals on Wheels

Mostly a take out affair since the rough seating doesn’t exactly enhance your dining experience. But the food is absolutely delicious,  inventive and inexpensive. Started by former staffers of Livity, perhaps the best vegetarian restaurant ever to grace New Kingston, Meals on Wheels is situated in Regal Plaza.
