This month the Villas of Silver Sands launched its new Panmedia-designed website in time for the tourist winter season. Visitors can begin the booking process online for some of the most stunning villas on the North Coast in a private resort known for its beauty and serenity.

The site features visitor reviews, an interactive map of the property, a facility to send e-cards, special excursion packages for villa guests who book on the site, and important information to make a holiday at Silver Sands pleasant and satisfying.

The property has tennis courts, a general store, a boutique, a beach bar and grill, and a game room. A gazebo sits at the end of a jetty, affording stunning views of the coastline and the Caribbean Sea.

As a daughter of a Villa owner, Leiza Munn-Blakeley (Je Suis Content) wanted Panmedia to develop a site where local and foreign visitors could quickly negotiate a stay at the resort. Her passion for one of Jamaica’s most charming villa properties is apparent in her excitement about launching the site.

She and childhood friend Carolyn Stona (also of a Silver Sands lineage) worked doggedly to develop the content and photograph the villas shown on the site. They have also organized several exciting tour packages through Chukka Caribbean Adventures and Dolphin Cove, Dinners at select Restaurants such as Pier One, Margueritaville, Mockingbird Hill and Golf at Cinnamon Hill. All at personalized rates for their guests.

VOSS is also charity driven and hope to be able to bring one family per year from a Ronald MacDonald House and take our Jamaican Children in Orphanages on day tours.

" I cannot remember a day at Silver Sands that was not filled with joy, says Leiza. My most cherished memories of my father are at there and when I stand on our deck I can sometimes hear the childhood laughter of my Sister and myself splashing in the pool as I watch my daughters and niece do the same. It is my dream that we can give our guests such an experience beyond compare that will be so deeply set into their souls, they will return to Silver Sands and Jamaica over and over again."

Leiza promises additions to the site in 2009 that will include more tours, attractions and to include Villas from other areas in the Island.
