1. New Mobile App helps fight crime in Jamaica

Jamaica is a beautiful country with an ugly problem. Crime. Now CrimeBot, a mobile app, will help alert Jamaicans of crime areas and report incidents. The app maps crime hot spots so users can view crime directly around them, report crimes and search other location for crimes. CrimeBot can produce useful data that might inform real estate purchases, for example, according to the Jamaica Observer.
