Using driftwood, palm fronds and coconut tree trunks, owner Floyd Forbes built his bar  15 minutes by boat off Parottee Bay. It’s special is the Pelican Perfection, a hot concoction made with limejuice, rum and ginger beer.

5.     Green Grotto Caves

Nearly two centuries ago, slaves escaping harsh plantations found refuge in the Green Grotto Caves. A lake 50 feet below would be used as an escape route to the ocean. It is said that pirates once used the caves as a rendezvous!
